In order to connect our PMS to the ΑΑΔΕ myDATA platfome and send all your documents electronically, follow the steps below.
Setup myDATA REST API
1. Go to https://www1.aade.gr/saadeapps2/bookkeeper-web/bookkeeper/
2. Sign in with your login credentials.
3. From the menu navigate to page Subscribe to myDATA REST API or click on the corresponding blue box on the home page.
4. Click the new user subscription button.
5. In the pop-up window enter a desired username and press Αdd user.
6. Confirm that you want to add this user.
7. The subscription is completed and you can find the user in the users table.
Setup myDATA in PMS
1. Navigate to Configuration → MyData.
2.Enable MyData API connection by setting the value to true.
3. Insert the username that you previously added to myDATA platform in "MyData REST API username" field.
4. Insert the Subscription key in "MyData REST API token" field.
5. Choose the "MyData Other taxes category" for your property.

6. Setup and connection is completed. You can now navigate to Documents → Document series to add a series for your documents and start issuing receipts, invoices and stay taxes.
