Setup your cancellation policies and how your guests will be charged.
No matter your cancellation policy, guests will have to pay for a deposit to book their stay in your property.
Instructions
1. Navigate to Properties → Policies.
2. Click on button.
3. Select whether your guests will be charged if they cancel their booking within a specific period of time after placing their booking.

Select YES if you want to allow your guests to cancel their booking without being charged. (flexible rates)

Select NO if you want to charge your guests without refunding them in case of a cancellation. (non-refundable rates)
4. Specify the conditions that apply to your policy.
5. Save your policy.
